The situation
Product knowledge that connected the teams.
Traderverse sits within Traderware’s product ecosystem. Having worked in the web team, I brought knowledge of the products and established relationships as the organization built its iOS team around me.
What I owned

Built frontend experiences across Traderware products, including Analytics.

Onboarded developers to the ecosystem and explained how the product fits together.

Clarified feature requirements with the business analyst and, at times, directly with the CEO.

Discussed architecture and best practices, and built and delivered features alongside the iOS team.
